Please fill out the form below to start the process to activate the
software.
Once you submit the form you will be provided with an Activation
Code that
you will need to access and enter into CareManager
Home –> Help Menu -> Activate.
If you were mailed the CD after your purchase transaction, please enter
the Key Code provided.
Important Note: Codes are alpha-numeric in 5 sets. Key Codes and Activation Codes contain NO letters “O” only numerical zeros “0”.
If you processed your purchase and installed CareManager Home through an online download and now want to Activate (license) the program please enter the code provided you in an email.
Your email address will only be used to notify you of the Activation Code for your records. We do not provide buyers email addresses to any third party company or organization.
